She should have gotten a warning from a sensible cop considering it was not an egregious traffic violation and it was her first time being pulled over by a cop or at worst issued a speeding ticket and let her on her way. So many of these incidents happening all across America there is something really wrong with policing. The worst part is that most of these cops are protected by their police departments and city leaders. Maybe they get a few days unpaid leave as as slap on the wrist or they go to an another department. The city and police chief would not have done anything in this case and the prosecutors were ready to bring charges against the girl. Something is absolutely sick and corrupt in this system. That "police" man should in prison for assault, fabricating false evidence, illegal arrest, illegal search of her vehicle and person etc. The violation of any constitutional right should be a felony charge on the police officer and any other police man or politician who covers it up. REFORM THE POLICE, the JUSTICE SYSTEM, and elect politicians who are not in it for themselves.
